International Shipping Policy

All international orders (outside India) would be processed within 2 days and shipped through DHL.

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days to foreign destinations after we ship.

Once the products are shipped from our location, the airway bill number will be sent to the customer by email.

In case if there are any customs clearance charges applicable, it is the responsibility of customer to pay and clear the consignment, Pettikadai and DHL can assist the customer in the clearance process. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment. The shipping rates are calculated based on the overall gross weight of the cart (shipping weight = product weight + inner packing weight + outer carton weight) and not based on the product weight alone.

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or return shipping.

We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.

The product contains dairy items cannot be shipped to EU and UK.

US Tariffs:

Shipments valued below USD 100 are generally exempt from U.S. import duties. However, a flat handling charge of USD 17 and a processing fee of 10% of the shipment value will apply.

Orders exceeding USD 100 may attract additional U.S. Customs tariffs of up to 50%, in addition to the above-mentioned handling and processing charges.

These charges and tariff rates are subject to revision based on prevailing U.S. customs regulations, courier partner policies, or government notifications.

Such revisions or customs-related charges are beyond Pettikadai.in's control, and any applicable duties, taxes, or surcharges will be the responsibility of the customer.
